Herring Mobile Gear CLOSING in 3Ps Placentia Bay for >55' fleet

Fisheries and Oceans Canada advises that the Herring fishery in Placentia Bay, Herring Fishing Area 10 for mobile gear vessels greater than 55 feet in length (16.76 m), will close at 2000 hours on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2017-302 has been revoked and Variation Order 2017-303 comes into effect at 1800 hours on December 19, 2017.
