3Ps <65' Mobile Gear Atlantic Halibut Retention Prohibited

Fish harvesters are advised that as of 1800 hours on March 16, 2018 the retention of Atlantic halibut in 3Ps is not permitted for mobile gear vessels less than 65 feet.

This measure applies to vessel classes C150, C151, C175, C176 and C360-C600.
