CAPELIN FIXED GEAR FISHERY CLOSING IN A PORTION OF WESTERN NL

DFO advises that the Capelin fixed gear fishery (trap, bar seine - including tuck seine), for vessels less than 19.8 metres in overall length, will close at 2000 hours on June 25, 2020 from Cape Gregory to Broom Point.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2020-094 has been revoked and Variation Order 2020-099 comes into effect at 1700 hours on June 25, 2020.
