The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2013-019 which closes the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all oysters and Bay scallops:

 

The following area within or adjacent to Charlotte County, New Brunswick:


The portion of Magaguadavic River inside lines drawn from grid reference 666772 4998175 to grid reference 666772 4997778 and to grid reference 665856 4996545 to grid reference 665702 4996539 and to grid reference 665710 4996644 to grid reference 665670 4997634.  Refer to Map St. Stephen 21 G/03.

 

 

NOTE:           When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1983).
