Notice

The Regional Director General of Fisheries and Oceans Canada for the Maritimes Region repeals Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MSN-2022-043, concerning the following area(s): 

Aspy Bay and Cape Smokey, Nova Scotia  

A portion of Victoria County from a point at 47.04612 N 60.36896 W (Cape North) to a point at 46.43031 N 60.43136 W (near Little River), including the waters of Aspy Bay, Neil’s Harbour, North Bay Ingonish, Ingonish Harbour, and a portion of the Victoria County shoreline south of Cape Smokey.

Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
