2016 3LMNO Greenland Halibut (turbot) Fishery Closing

DFO advises that the fixed gear Greenland halibut (turbot) fishery in NAFO Divisions 3LMNO for vessels less than 65 feet (19.8m) vessel classes A253, A254, A259 and A260 will close on July 9, 2016 at 2200hrs. All fishing gear must be removed from the water by closing time.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2016-083 has been revoked and Variation Order 2016-099 comes into effect on July 6, 2016.
