 Greenland Halibut Fishery Opening in 4R to Quebec Based Fleet

DFO advises that the Greenland Halibut (turbot) fishery in a portion of NAFO Division 4R, for vessels based in the Quebec Region, will close at 2400hrs on July 16, 2016.

 The closure applies to vessel class A213 (Quebec Region competitive Turbot fishers from Upper and Middle North Shore using vessel less than 19.81m).
