AMENDMENT: SKATE FISHERY RE-OPENING IN SUB-DIVISION 3Ps

DFO advises that the Skate fishery in NAFO sub-Division 3Ps, for fixed gear vessels less than 65 feet, will open at 0600 hrs on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

When the fishing trip in any portion of NAFO sub-Division 3Ps is in excess of 24 hours duration, and/or landings are made in ports outside the Newfoundland and Labrador Region, harvesters are required to hail-in daily catch to the DFO toll-free number at 1-877-637-4315.

THE RETENTION OF ATLANTIC HALIBUT IN THIS FISHERY IS PROHIBITED.
