Greenland Halibut Fishery Opening in 4R to Upper and Middle North Shore Fixed Gear

DFO advises that the Greenland Halibut (turbot) fishery in that portion of NAFO Division 4R, for vessel class A213 (Upper and Middle North Shore fixed gear fleet under 19.81m under a competitive regime), will open at 0430 hours EDT on June 21, 2018 and close October 31, 2018.
