Mobile Gear Capelin Fishery Opening in Trinity Bay and Bonavista Bay

DFO advises that the capelin fishery for vessels using mobile gear will open on July 20, 2018 at 0600 hours and close at 2200 hours in:

Trinity Bay (CFA 6)

Bonavista Bay (CFA 5)

Licence conditions can be obtained through DFO's National On-line Licencing System.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2018-162 has been revoked and Variation Order 2018-163 comes into effect on July 19, 2018.
