Commercial Squid Fishery Opening for Traps in Bonavista and Trinity Bays

DFO advises that the commercial Squid fishery, in Squid Fishing Areas 5 (Bonavista Bay) and 6 (Trinity Bay) will open 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2018.

Licence fees and licence conditions are available through the national online licencing system.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2018-232 has been revoked and Variation Order 2018-295 comes into effect on August 15, 2018.
