Atlantic Halibut opening in 4R for Quebec Region Fleet

DFO advises that the Atlantic halibut fishery in NAFO Division 4R, for vessels based in the Quebec Region, will open September 13, 2018 at 0500 hours (EDT) to September 14, 2018 at 1700 hours (EDT). The specific vessel class affected by this opening and closing is A230 (Fixed gear fleet - Lower North Shore Eastern Sector).
