ATLANTIC HALIBUT FISHERY OPENING IN DIVISION 4R - Quebec Based Vessels

DFO advises that the Atlantic Halibut fishery in NAFO Division 4R, for the Quebec Region Fleet - vessels classes A138-A144 and A500-A700 will open April 1, 2019.
