Salmon Rivers Re-opening in Zones 4
DFO advises anglers that the following rivers will re-open to normal salmon angling hours as of one hour before sunrise on September 1, 2020.
Zone 4
48. Campbellton River, including Neyles Brook and Indian Arm River
49. Dog Bay Rivers, including Southwest Brook and all tributary streams
50. Gander tributaries, including all tributaries of the main stem and Southwest Gander, and waters above Big Dead Wolf Falls, including waters and Caribou Brook (tributary Southwest Gander). Note: Main Stem below Gander Lake, Northwest Gander tributary and Waters above Great Gull Falls on Great Gull River (tributary Northwest Gander) are also open to normal angling hours)
51. Ragged Harbour River and tributary streams
52. Anchor Brook
53. Deadmans Bay River & tributary streams
54. Windmill Brook

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Orders 2020-224, 2020-225, 2020-226, 2020-227 and 2020-228 have been revoked and Variation Orders 2020-230, 2020-231, 2020-232, 2020-233 and 2020-234 come into effect at 1700 hours on August 31, 2020.
