Amendment to nf.16.201B Greenland Halibut Fishery Opening In 4R to Gaspe-Based Fleet

DFO advises that the Greenland Halibut (turbot) fishery in a portion of NAFO Division 4R, for vessels based in the Quebec Region, will open at 0430hrs EDT on July 14, 2016 and CLOSE AT 1800hrs on July 23, 2016. The specific area open is in water depths greater than 125 fathoms, and applies to vessel class A211 (Quebec Region Gaspe-based competitive fleet using vessels less than 45').
