Herring Bar Seine/Tuck Seine Fishery Closing Conception Bay (Fishing Area 7)

Fisheries and Oceans Canada advises that the Herring fishery in Conception Bay (Herring Fishing Area 7) for Barr seines (including Tuck seines) will close at 2000 hours today, November 16, 2016.

 

The quota for that area has been taken. 

 

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2016-250 has been revoked and Variation Order 2016-251 comes into effect at 1800 hours on November 16, 2016.
