The Regional Director General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans hereby gives notice that the areas listed below are closed for fishing for any species of clams, mussels, oysters, whelks and any other bivalve molluscs including bay scallops in the Province of New Brunswick:

1. The waters of Sureau Blanc Creek inside a line drawn from a point at 47.47982° north latitude, 64.89398° west longitude to a point at 47.48432° north latitude, 64.91565° west longitude and to a point at 47.48385° north latitude, 64.91563° west longitude and then to a point at 47.47882° north latitude, 64.89983° west longitude.

2. The waters of Big Tracadie River inside a line drawn from a point at 47.45647° north latitude, 64.93423° west longitude to a point at 47.47297° north latitude, 64.92713° west longitude and to a point at 47.47548° north latitude, 64.92718° west longitude and then to a point at 47.47579° north latitude, 64.92881° west longitude.

3. The waters of Big Tracadie River inside a line drawn from a point at 47.48096° north latitude, 64.87106° west longitude to a point at 47.47819° north latitude, 64.88017° west longitude to a point at 47.47817° north latitude, 64.88127° west longitude to a point at 47.47982° north latitude, 64.89398° west longitude to a point at 47.47882° north latitude, 64.89983° west longitude to a point at 47.47094° north latitude, 64.90358° west longitude to a point at 47.46975° north latitude, 64.91134° west longitude then to a point at 47.47335° north latitude, 64.91221° west longitude to a point at 47.47297° north latitude, 64.92718° west longitude to a point at 47.45647° north latitude, 64.93423° west longitude then to a point at 47.44902° north latitude, 64.92673° west longitude to a point at 47.45240° north latitude, 64.92411° west longitude and then to a point at 47.47937° north latitude, 64.87115° west longitude.
