The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2014-005 which closes the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops:

 

The following area within or adjacent to Charlotte County, New Brunswick:

 

That portion of McCann Cove inside a line drawn from grid reference 5440 9856 to grid reference 5337 9874. Refer to map St. Stephen 21 G/3.

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
