NOTICE

 The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order SSN-2013-138, closing the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops:

The following areas within or adjacent to Victoria County, Nova Scotia:

1.  That portion of Malcolms Cove of Little Narrows inside a line drawn from grid reference 657897 5099481 to grid reference 657880 5099218.  Refer to map Baddeck 11K/02.

 Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (NAD 1983).
