NOTICE

 The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order SSN-2012-128, closing the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops:

 AREA

 1.  That portion of Grand Passage between a line drawn from grid reference 713268 4903308 to grid reference 712178 4903488 and a line drawn from grid reference 713390 4906916 to the lighthouse on Northern Point at grid reference 712098 4907178. Refer to map Church Point 21B/8.

 Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources. (North American Datum 1983).
