The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-014, closing the following area(s) to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops:
All waters within 3 km of the coastlines and islands of:
New Brunswick:
1. Saint John County
2. Charlotte County from the Saint John County line westward to a point at 663130E 5000310N (zone 19, UTM NAD 83) near MacDougalls Island. This includes Deer, Campobello and Grand Manan Islands.
Nova Scotia:
1. Digby County
2. Annapolis County
3 Kings County
