Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks, and bay scallops: 

A portion of Clam Harvesting Area 7 (sub-sector 17E), namely Harbour de Lute, Campobello Island, New Brunswick and described as: 

That portion of Harbour de Lute, Campobello Island inside a line between grid reference 6270 7559 at Man of War Head and grid reference 6290 7610 at Otter Cove.  Refer to map Campobello Island 21 B/15 & B/14. 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).

 

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2016-015 is hereby revoked.
