The Regional Director General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2011-014, closing the following area to fishing for any bivalve molluscs:

                                              

 

 

The following area within or adjacent to CharlotteCounty, N. B.:

 

 

That portion of LepreauHarbour and Mink Brook inside a line drawn from grid reference 9686 0156 at Shaws Point to grid reference 9760 0258.  Refer to map Musquash 21 G/1.

 

 

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources.  (North American Datum 1927)
