issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No.: MTN-2019-005

 

Closing the following area:

 

Place Name: St. Mary's Bay 400 m from Low Tide, Digby County

 

That portion of the Bay of Fundy (St. Mary’s Bay), Nova Scotia, inside a line drawn from

44.28888° north latitude, 66.65915° west longitude (Whipple Point, Brier Island) to

44.20596° north latitude, 66.40056° west longitude (Meteghan River), except 400m below

low tide.

 

Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
