That portion of Annapolis Basin, inside a straight line drawn from a point at 44.66352°
north latitude, 65.75955° west longitude to a point at 44.66364° north latitude, 65.75361° west
longitude then to a point at 44.65851° north latitude, 65.75337° west longitude and to a point
at 44.65840° north latitude, 65.75792° west longitude near Polly’s Point.
