2018 REMINDER TO RETURN LOGBOOKS
DFO reminds fish harvesters that all fishing logs must be completed and submitted to DFO in accordance with requirements set out in Schedule 4 of their 2018 commercial fishing licences.
Instructions on how to complete a general log can be found with examples at the beginning of the general logbook. For further information and questions harvesters can contact the below listed Statistics Coordinators for their homeport NAFO Area.
Logbooks should be returned to DFO according your Homeport NAFO Division at the following addresses:

DFO no longer supplies logbooks or postage paid return envelopes.

Fish Harvesters are responsible to ensure their logs are submitted to the appropriate DFO office listed above. Please note any fish harvesters who still have postage paid envelopes in their possession SHOULD NOT USE THEM, as they may be considered undeliverable and may be disposed of by Canada Post.
